Nadia Harden serves as the Corporate & Community Engagement Manager for Boston Public Schools, Office of External Affairs. Her work focuses on designing and executing engagement opportunities to increase individual, corporate, and institutional investment in the form of time, treasure and talent, all with the goal of increasing access and ensuring equity across the district. Prior to joining BPS, Nadia worked with Research for Action (RFA) performing policy research on Early Childhood Education, juvenile justice credit transfers, and the Philadelphia Mayor’s Community School initiative; and as Student Fellow with the Youth Sentencing and Reentry Project in Philadelphia, PA. Nadia has also spent time working as a Grassroots Organizer, and as a Conflicts Analyst for New Business Conflicts with Hogan Lovells LLP. In her spare time Nadia serves as a Court Appointed Special Advocate with Boston CASA, Inc. Nadia has her B.A. in International Studies from Spelman College and her M.S. in Social Policy from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Social Policy and Practice.
